TAB  – Teen Advisory Board or Teens Talking About Books

TAB is a reading book club that provides students with a forum to read, review and discuss young adult literature.  The club is sponsored by the Arlington County Library and allows students to make book recommendations that are shared with students across the county.  Each year, TAB students vote on their “Top 10” titles, creating a Kenmore TAB pick list that is displayed at the county library and shared with other Arlington county middle schools.  TAB students also have opportunities to meet authors and participate in special activities and field trips.

Mr. Michael Nelson of Arlington Public Library, along with Mrs. Miller and Ms. Prisock, Kenmore Librarians, sponsor Kenmore’s TAB group.

TAB meets two Tuesdays each month during lunch. The first TAB meeting is on Tuesday, October 8th in the library during your lunch. You will need a pass for every TAB meeting.
