Kenmore Equity Vision and Mission Statements

Vision: Kenmore ensures an equitable, inclusive, safe, and anti-racist school community.  

Mission Statement: To accomplish our vision, the Kenmore Equity Team strategically examines individual experiences, data, policies and practices to actively identify bias, inequity, and discrimination at Kenmore in current and historical contexts. Once identified, we advocate for institutional, curricular and instructional changes, and engage in anti-bias and anti-racist practices to ensure each member of our school community feels valued, respected, and empowered.
