Are you 14 or 15 and want to work?

In Virginia, if you are 14 or 15 years of age you must have an employment certificate (work permit) to work at a job. You must have this work permit even though you are married, or have graduated from high school.·

If you are under the age of 14 you can NOT be issued a work permit.
